Vacmet has 4 production sites based in north of India, near city of Mathura. All the production is done on state of the art machines having consistency in quality and precision.

 Polyester Film Making Capabilities
Vacmet is equipped with a 7.5 mtrs Polyester Film Line having ability to produce PET film from 8 micron to 120 mircons. Films can be offered in different specifications as per customer’s requirement. Vacmet offers several grades of PET Films that are suitable for Printing, Lamination, Metallizing, Yarn, Holography etc.

Metallizer Capabilities
|
Vacmet converting units are equiped with 7 metallizers, with production capacity of 25,000 tons per annum. Metallized film finds their application in flexible packaging, insulation, gift wrap, labelling etc. Metallized film can be offered in optical densities as low as 0.20 and as high as 4.0 in width starting from 25 mm upto 2450 mm. Different substrate such as PET, BOPP, Paper, LDPE, PVC can be metallized in various thicknesses. Vacmet specialises in Pin-hole free metallising for metallic yarns and both sides metallized film for insulation.

Holographic Capabilities
Holographic Films gives a third dimension to product packaging. Holographic films are used for applications such as security, glitter, packaging and decoration. Vacmet
produces holographic film as wide as 2050 mm. Vacmet uses speciality base films
that can provide extra brightness. Holographic effect can be supplied on substrate such as Polyester, Nylon, Paper, Board and BOPP in thickness ranging from 12 microns onwards.

Coating Capabilities
Coating enhances features of the coated product. Vacmet has 10 coating lines with multiple widths suitable for making products for Metallic Yarn, Medical, Decoration and Carton Lamination. With coating capacity of 800 tons per month, Vacmet also offer customised solutions for various Industries.
