Metallizing on paper can be done both via direct metallized and transfer process. Metallized Paper increases aesthetic appeal of products and enhances barrier properties. Vacmet metallized board and metallized paper has an attractive bright metal layer that is obtained by either of the two processes, which impart a scintillating finish to it.
Vacmet metallized paper is suitable for a variety of applications, whereas metallized
board is suitable for boxes.
 Direct Metallized Label Paper
Vacmet Direct Metallized Label Paper is manufactured using high quality raw material. Its main characteristics are ink receptivity, ink retention, labelability & wash-off time. Its uniqueness lies in its response to the requirements of modern high speed bottling lines with advanced filling and labelling technology.

It is mainly used for Labels for returnable & Non-returnable bottles and is available in reel as well as in sheet form, from 68-93 gsm.
Transfer Metallized Paper / Board
Due to their high gloss appearance, Transfer Metallized Papers are commonly used for gift wrapping, whisky cartons, chocolate boxes, twist wrappers, chewing gum wrappers, cosmetics & luxury products.
Vacmet Transfer metallized Paper / Board is available in Bright Silver, Bright Gold, Dull Silver & Dull Gold. Special colors can be produced on demand. It is available in reel as well as in sheeted form, from 30-400gsm.
Laminated Paper & Board
Besides offering Transfer and Metallized Paper, Vacmet also offers Laminated Paper and Board. Metallized Film is laminated onto the board using high quality adhesive to provide excellent board strength.
Laminated Paper / Board is cheaper alternative to Transfer Paper / Board. Customer who needs Metallic Paper finish with a cost effective solution can opt for Laminated Version.
