Metallized BOPP Films
Vacmet offers large range of metalized and barrier films. Metallized film can be offered in optical densities as low as 0.20 and as high as 4.0 in width starting from 20 mm. Vacmet’s metallizers are equipped with online plasma. Plasma treating during metallization helps in enhancing barrier properties and bond strength. It drastically improves barrier properties of BOPP/CPP and PET. Width starting from 25 mm up to 2850 mm can be offered. Vacmet has 9 Metallizers with production capicity of 40,000 tonnes per annum.
